apt-get failed to fetch errors...

I'm seeing the following errors running 'apt-get update'. Not sure why. /var/log/apt-cacher/error.log shows no errors.

% sudo apt-get update
...

E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
